| my babies are sick! Ok,so this weekend we left our 2 yorkies with my mother in law and sunday afternoon when we got back Duncan had pooed and my bf said that their was some blood in it. on monday moring Duncan had vomited in the kitchen and we thought maybe she over feed him. NO, Coco my other baby started vomiting yesterday as well still their poo was regular. I took them to the vet today and she just told me to take them home and not to feed them for 24 hrs and when it was time to give them this canned food called I/D prescription diet and a pill to give them once a day. When i arrived home both dogs had diarriha. what is wrong with my babies has anyone had this happen to them.

| I just went thru something similar with Bubba last month. Is there a possibility the got into anything at your mil's? I gave Bubba low sodium chicken broth - would have done homemade, but I was sick at the time too. What kind of medicine did the vet prescribe? Are you to check with the vet again?

| OK, I am not a vet... but it jumps out of place to me to leave the dogs without food 24 hrs... I would worry about hypoglicemia... yorkies are very tiny dogs... should not stay that long witout food... Maybe nutrical?? I am sure somebody else will help you with these...
