| Worried about Neutering! I scheduled my baby's neutering appt on the 21st, but I can't bare to think about it. Is there anything I should be prepared for? Special instructions the Vet sometimes fail to tell you? Is there a risk he will hate me for it? Or get depressed? :-( Any input is appreciated!

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I think we *all* go through this fear - surgery is scary, it seems, no matter what. I think it's important to find a very experienced vet - and to get thorough pre-op bloodwork done beforehand. I'm not a big fan, personally, of the cheaper spay-neuter clinics. And, just know that these babies snap back surprisingly fast - often, in a day!
