| Innova Puppy My 4 month old yorkie has been on innova for 2 weeks now and just recently he doesn't eat much of it. I general give him 0.5 cups a day as recommended but a few days ago he's been eating less and less. Usually in the morning he flies to his food bowl and finishes it within minutes. Now he just looks at it and maybe takes a bite or two and walks away. I started mixing it with his old food Nutrasource and he just ignored the Innova puppy. I'm guess he doesn't need to eat much with Innova? He currently eats at 6am and 6 pm. |

| Mine eat Innova puppy food also and they are almost 6 months old now. I did notice around 4 months that they slowed down in their eating but that's because they started teething. Now they're getting their molars in and they are eating a little more again. You might try softening the food with some warm water to make it easier for your puppy to eat. |

i agree with my2boyz that he is probably teething so that does slow down how much they eat. | |

| Thanks for the quick replies. I put the Innova in some warm water to soften it up and bit and he ate all of it. |

| I use Innova puppy also. I soften it with hot water and mix puppy plate canned with it.
