| How Much To Feed Him? Hi YTer's, I have a question. I have been free feeding my little guy since I got him and I usually gave him a 1/2 a cup of food and that would last him through the day. But all of a sudden it was like he got hungrier over night and started eating more and more and he's getting to be a little porker! I want to start feeding him on a schedule. The only problem is that I leave for work at 8am and don't come home 'til about 4:30 or so. So I don't know how I can do three feedings. But if any of you have any suggestions how many feedings I should be giving him and when, and also how much food at each serving? He is 13 weeks old and weighs about 4 lbs. Thanks for your help!

| I feed Maximus on a schedule and always have as per my vets suggestions...BUT needless to say he is still a porker...lol...I feed him 1/2 cup split into 3 meals and my bf goes home at 12:30 to give lunch..BUT since you leave in the am maybe you could split the 1/2 cup into 2 feeding brakfast and dinner..and maybe hide some treats around for him to find in case he gets hungry? I hide a liver treat in his crate and I leave a filled kong by his toys.
