| Halo At Petco Has anyone had any experiences with this food? My petco just started carrying it and i was impressed by the ingredients, no crap and no bull from what ive seen...is it worth a try? And for those who have tried it, how did your kids like it... This is the salmon recipe..they also have turkey and chicken in kibble form and in soft form. tell me if any of these ingredients strikes you as bad because i cant find any. Salmon, whole dry egg, pea protein, oats, vegetable broth, pearled barley, chicken fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols and citric acid), pea flour, chicken liver, whole salmon, flaxseed, salmon oil (preserved with mixed tocopherols), pea fiber, sweet potatoes, apples, blueberries, green beans, carrots, cranberries, zucchini, alfalfa, inulin, calcium sulfate, potassium chloride, taurine, salt, folic acid, zinc proteinate, iron proteinate, cobalt proteinate, copper proteinate, manganese proteinate, vitamin A supplement, vitamin D3 supplement, vitamin E supplement, choline bitartrate, niacin, pantothenic acid, ascorbic acid, riboflavin supplement, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium longum, enterococcus faecium, lactobacillus plantarum, calcium iodate, biotin, sodium selenite |

| I had to post about it because ive never seen our petco carry a food that is even remotely good, as far as my standards are concerned...so I just want to make sure its not a fluke |

| This looks fine. Some Halo products have garlic in them and I personally wouldn't feed that.

| Some say it does but feeding garlic isn't worth the risk to me. Feeding it once in a large amount or over a period of time in a small amount can cause anemia which can be very dangerous. I just decide not to take the risk.
