| i am by no means an expert, but i would be wary of the pig fat, as it can cause pancreatis, and i know taurine is one of the major ingredients in energy drinks, so i don't know, that kinda makes me wonder a little bit... but like i said, not an expert... i see that it doesnt have wheat or corn which is good... i hope you get a more helpful response soon... as for mine: at least it bumps up your thread!!

| Soybean meal is not good: Soy is a poor quality source of protein in dog food, and a common cause of allergy problems. Some believe that it is the number 1 cause of food allergies in dogs (outstripping even wheat). Considering the cost of gas, have you considered ordering a quality dog food from Pet food Direct and having it shipped to your home? I recommend Chicken Soup Puppy, Canidae, Fromm, and Solid Gold. |
