| Missing my baby girl :( McKenzie went in at 8 am this morning to be spayed and have her baby teeth removed. They called at 2:30 and told us the surgery went wonderfully and that she was resting, so I'm at ease with that, but I MISS my baby! We can pick her up sometime around noon tomorrow, so I am on pins and needles and can hardly sleep! She's my vocal one in the house and it's been so quiet without her-- my other 3 keep looking around for their little sis She's such a timid girl around new people and dogs so I can imagine she's terrified right now. My husband took her in, because I just couldn't bear to see her little face all scared and I knew I'd never leave her there to get it done (which she needed to get it done). She's got her favorite two toys and blankie, and food from home so i hope she's sleeping peacefully and isn't scared away from home tonight. Gosh, I am such a baby -- I'm literally crying sitting here typing this! |

| Aw, I'm sorry! I bet she'll be back to normal when you pick her up tomorrow! When Britney was spayed the hardest part was keeping her still!

| Thank you guys so much! It's been such a weird day without her! I work from home, so I'm used to being around them all day. When I'd take the babies out back to potty, I'd keep thinking I forgot her outside or something, until I remembered she was at the vet, lol~ |

When she gets home, watch her around the other doggies. She's supposed to cool it for a while, but I'm sure you know that. I know how you feel, we felt the same way. | |

LUV my 3 Furrs & Alex Donating Member | I know how bad it feels, but she'll be home in no time. When I had Pheoebe spayed a couple of weeks ago I asked if I can take her home the same day and they said yes, after they knew everything was ok with her.

| Thanks for all the kind words guys! She is HOME! And she did wonderful! She doesn't even seem phased by it. I originally planned on keeping her from the other dogs until she was recovering for a few days, but I did introductions and kept the excitement to a minimum and right now she's cuddled up in a big bed with all of them, so as long as they're resting I'm going to let her stay with them. |
