|  My Yorkies favorite treat!! Hi there! I'm new to this site and I'm so glad I found it. I wanted to find out if anyone else gives their Yorkies fresh carrots as a treat. All 3 of my little ones and my shepard love carrots above Any treat I have bought! They go crazy for them! Isn't that funny? Does anyone else know about this?  |

| Welcome to YT  Yes, lots of us do. I do it as a treat but cooked or pulverized are better for them. Ellie's favorite treats are meat, lettuce and vanilla ice cream (she loves ice cream).

| i've given carrots as treats,, my girls could care less for em,, they so love lettuce (tiny bites of it) and apples,, peeled and no seeds of couse,, also small bites,, but,, QUESTION,, they go nuts over bananas when we eat them,, are bananas safe to feed Yorkies? i've not been able to find a definative answer either way searching online,, THANKS! |
