| Show Sheen thought id share this with you-----i used to own horses and we used this on them after we bathed them to repel dirt and so forth. Its safe for dogs also-----i bath maddie and then lightley mist her before i blow dry her-leaves her coat ultra shinny--tangle free and repels dirt. its awsome stuff!! you can find it at any tack store and walmart carries it |

| I use show sheen and it does work good. My SIL recommended it to me.She shows horses and is a vet tech for Jada and Bogie's vet.

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | I'm going to try that. I have a bottle of the stuff but didn't like it's softening effects on our BRT;s - however I'm going to try that on Raz's coat. Thanks for the tip. If I can find this thread I'll let you know how his coat turned out. For the show wash - I use the Plush Puppy and also #1 All Systems Conditioner - then my final conditioner is Pantene 2x the shine (Icey shine) - his coat really does gleam with it! Gail in Ontario |

| I wouldn't use show sheen as it actually damages the hair. I stopped using it on my horses as soon as I found out. The silicone coats the hair, preventing moisture from getting to the hair shaft and the hair drys out and becomes brittle. |
