| How often do you bathe your puppies? i just got my little babies a week ago today and i already gave them a bath when i got them and then last nite. im wondering if there's a certain time i should wait inbetween baths because personally im a neat/clean freak and i dont like dog smell. i want them to smell nice and clean and for the past well month its rained a lot so when they went outside to play they got dirty and i clean them off but its not the same as the bath. input is needed please |

| I could easily bath them once a week to week & 1/2 in the summer or if we go to the doggie park alot. In the winter, about every 2 weeks or so. I have started using buddy wash & rinse, I don't think it dries them out at to much.

| With any other breed of dog. It SHOULD only be bathed every 21 days.. Otherwise it can cause the skin to dry out. And can cause other skin issues. BUT, yorkies are an exception to almost everything. My girl could NEVER go more then a week and a half without getting bathed. |

| In the summer Bella is bathed once per week, and every 2 weeks in the winter because she gets really dry skin. In between baths I use puppy wipes and dry bath sprays. Hope this helps!

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I think once a week should do it...unless of course they're stinky in between.

| About once every 1-2 weeks. Depends if she needs one sooner or later. We do wash her face and butt as needed of course! |

| Buddy get's bathed every other Saturday. I remember the vet telling me when I got him not to bathe him more than that because his skin and coat may dry out. He has a beautiful silky coat so I guess it worked. |

| Oh Uni as well! Every Sunday night! But now we have started giving her the omega3 fish oil stuff and now she ALWAYS smells like it! BF doesn't like it, but if it's good for her I will continue to give it to her.

| It depends on your Yorkie, their coat type, skin sensitivities and how much they roll around in the fun stuff outside, lol My guys are usually every 10 -14 days, in the winter it is longer. I have gone up to 4 weeks with one of them, and she still smelled good (the luck of the draw) I think when my Yorkie was a puppy, I never bathed more than every other week, just gently wipes with baby wipes when needed.
