Please pray for my baby niece Adyson, she is only 2 days old and she is very dehydrated and has not been able to keep anything down . They have place an IV but nothing seems to be working, they may have to do surgery but we do not know yet. Please just keep her in your prayers. Thank you.

My son had surgery at 3 weeks old. He couldn't keep anything down, in fact, let's imagine projectile vomiting...poor sweet thing.

Pyloric Stenosis...it's where the muscle to the intestine is very thick & food can't pass. It is a very easy surgery....scary but easy. Babies recover quickly.

I was going to guess Pyloric Stenosis, too.

It might be an obstruction in the intestine and we are just waiting until she eats at 7 to see how she is doing and I will keep every informed. Thank you all for the prayers.

Update on Adyson: thanks so much for the prayers, the Dr. have found out what is wrong with her and I am not sure what the correct word is but it something to do with her stomach (has to do with a flap in her stomach) has not fully developed but can be controlled by medication until it is developed, she will have to sleep with her head at an angle, elevated up but she will be fine. And she may even get to go home this week!! Thank you all for your prayers and support. It has been a hard few days from my step brother, sister-in-law and the whole family.So thank you again

I'm so glad they identified the problem and that it will be able to be corrected. I can only imagine the scare you and your family have been through with this. I will continue to keep her in my prayers. Please keep us updated on her progress.

Update: Thank you all so much for your prays and kind words, Adyson is now at home, the medication has been working and she is keeping everything down! Thank you all again!
