help! I am so worried about Bailey! She got fixed like 4 months ago and today my boyfriend noticed that she was dripping blood from her vagina. We called the vet but our vet wasnt in and we had a bad experiance with the other vet so we refuse to see him... they said it dosnt sound like a serious issue and we can wait until tomorrow when our doctor comes in but I am VERY worried about her! What could this be???

we can go to the emergency vet but we have really grown to trust our vet and would preffer to go to her. We explained the symptoms and they said that it can wait till tomorrow. Do you think we should take her to the emergency vet anyway? I was reading online and think that it sounds like it could be a UTI. Im not sure though... anyone have any ideas???

Could be a UTI. Check her next time she pees and see if when you wipe her there is blood, then it's probably a UTI

shes doing alright... we are taking her to the vet later on today... she keeps having little accidents all over the house. =/ Ill let you know what happens when she comes back from the vet

Ahh I hope all is ok it really does sound like a UTI

K she went to the vet and she said it sounds like a uti so she gave her antibiotics for it and if she dosnt clear up in 5 days to come back. Shes been on it for 2 days now and she is already starting to show an improvment! YAY!
