| Prayer for Marcus Marcus and I had a great lunch today at an outside restaurant. As we were leaving, I was putting him in his carrier. A motorcycle started and he jumped out of my hands and the carrier. He fell about 4 1/2 feet and landed on his side. He cried for 6 seconds like I have never heard him cry. He was screaming. I put him down after I picked him up and he started running away. I caught him and he was walking/running fine without a limp. I just happened to be a block from our vets. So I drove to the vets. Since it is lunch hour 12-2, the vet was not in. I told the vet tech what happened and she did a preliminary look over him. She doesn't think anything is broken, but she called the dr to let her know what was going on. The vet is on her way back to the office to look over Marcus. He is acting fine and even trying to play, but I am still worried. They told me to leave him there that way they can check him out completely and do any x-rays they made need. I am just kicking myself for not having a better hold on him. They will call me as soon as they know anything. This is the first time he's had an accident, I'm just scared. Four 1/2 feet is a big drop especially for one that isn't even 2 lbs. Thank you for your prayers.

| Oh no! Poor baby. I hope Marcus will be alright. Please don't beat yourself up over it though. Those little guys just can get so squirmy sometimes and loud noises scare them to bits. I weill be praying for Marcus

| Prayers coming out from Utah! These little guys can wriggle out of your hands in a second, especially if they're frightened, so don't be too hard on yourself. Keep us updated on what the vet says.

| Update for Marcus I jus got off the phone with the vet, and she says he is just fine. She did several x-rays and found no broken bones. She made sure that he was ok internally. He doesn't seem to have any pain at all. His color is good so she doesn't think he is bleeding internally or anything like that. She said that he is playing with her dog right now having a ball, and acting like he is king of the castle. Our vet just loves Marcus to death! We changed vets after we brought Marcus home (since he got so sick), and I've never been happier. She is awesome! She truly seems to care for him as if he were her own. Thank you all so much for the prayers. I truly believe in the power of prayers and how they help heal. It's also nice to be in the situation that I am where I can be on YT even at work. Thank you all again for your prayers and support.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I am so gald he is ok. When I first got Cali sje was 1 lb and the neighbor kids wanted to play with her and I said you have to sit down if youwant to hold her so you don't drop her. I just finish saying that and Cali jumps right out of my arms on to the grass thankfully. She was ok, I was so embarrassed as one of the kids mother was standing there.

| Marcus seems to be one little tough guy. I am so happy for you and him that all is well. That must have been very frightening. Gee, he's so tiny. Thank heavens he checked out ok. |
