| Pink Urine? I am fostering a 16 week old yorkie right now until she can go to her permanent home. She comes from a great breeder (our breeder) and was perfectly healthy a week ago when she went to her supposedly permanent home. They only kept her for five days and she is now at my house awaiting her new family to finish the arrangements with the breeder so they can bring her home. She seems perfectly fine, however, she had a little pink urine this morning. Not sure what this was. It wasn't red like blood, but just a shade of pink. She is going on potty pads and eating and drinking and pooping and peeing and playing with Willow like crazy . . . she just had a little pink in her urine. Has anybody ever seen this before? Any help you could give me would be great. Thanks much.

| I have never heard of that. Have you tried calling the breeder and asking her, or calling your vet? |

| Maybe she got hold of something she shouldn't have. I'd keep an eye on her and if it happens again. I'd take her to the vet to be checked out.

Please say a little prayer that the baby will be okay and all ready to go to her new home in a couple of days.

| problem Sounds like the breeder has things well under control..best wishes... PS..Puppy sounds perfectly normal in behavior for a 16 week old..what do people expect if they turn her loose..same as giving a two yr old the run of the hosue all day while you are out!!!!
