| OMG, that looks painful. Poor baby. My shihtzu (okay, this was like 18 years ago...memory might not be perfect) had something like that on her neck once, turned out it was an allergic reaction to a new collar Her's was actually seeping and seemed to appear overnight. Have you used a new collar, t-shirt, etc. on your baby in the last couple of days?

| Has anyone done blood work for what she may be allergic too? Is it worse in the summer or the winter? Do you wash her bedding and clothes with a no dye soap?

| What do you wash your floors with? One of my girls is allergic to Clorax floor cleaner and Pinesol. She scratched herself raw before I figured out the problem. I hope they can figure out what is going on.

| My little boy, Hobbs, scratches his neck raw like that sometimes. What I did was shave his neck (you cannot even tell really) and rub coconut oil on it and rub it on there a couple of times a day until the scab goes away. I have been keeping his neck shaved and he hasn't scratched it since. |

| My sons dogs both have bad allergies that look like that from their constant scratching and chewing on their feet. He takes them to a dermatologist and my son has to give them shots...which seems to help. Good luck. Poor baby looks miserable. Patty |
