| Brea Well, Brea is finally getting spayed tomorrow. She had her hip surgery two months ago so hopefully that is enough time for her system to get back to normal for this surgery. She will probably have a couple of teeth removed, too. She's still a peanut - hasn't hit 4 lbs. yet. Well, that's a peanut to me. So, I think things will go well, but there are always those thoughts..... |

| Goodness it was hard to leave her there this morning. She kept crawling up my chest to be cuddled and she would put her tiny little face behind my hand. I guess she thought the vet tech couldn't see her then. She's having 4 teeth out along with the spay. $20.00 a tooth. Give me a break! She lost a few ounces which concerns me cause she is such a peanut. I guess I will give her some extra food for a while and see if she will gain some back. I call in 30 minutes to find out when she can come home. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Poor baby -- but she will be fine! Ozzie had teeth pulled at the same time he was neutered. I put his food in a blender for about 5 days, but probably didn't need to past Day Two. I think the girls have it rougher than the boys (what else is new ) but even so, all the spays on here seem to go OK with quick rebounds for the most part. |

| Well, my baby is home. She's still pretty woozy and tired as can be expected. They gave me her teeth in a pill bottle! Those roots are really long.. I don't think they would have come out anytime soon. It's kind of cool that they saved them for me. So, now it's just a matter of keeping her quiet and the other dogs away from her... |
