Mayson broke two toes Hi All, I thought I'd post a few pictures of Mayson with his new accessory! Poor little baby broke two toes the other day at the dog park. I feel terrible for his misfortune, but I simply could not resist posting his picture. Doesn't he look so darling?

I'm not sure exactly how it happened. I suspect that it was a German Shepard puppy who seemed to be playing a little rough with all the dogs. There were no signs that Mayson was hurt until I was leaving the park when I noticed he was limping. I waited it out for a few days hoping that it would go away on its own, but it obviously didn't. He's such a brave boy!

Poor little Mayson. He looks so pitiful with that little cast on. I never knew they could break their toes. I hope he heals fast and can run around and play soon. He's a hunny.

He's actually taking the cast pretty well. At first, he absolutely didn't know what to do with it. He kept waving it around and banging it on everything. But now he's gotten used to it and he runs around as if the cast wasn't even there. He's in such high spirits that I have to calm him down when he's playing. I don't want to prolong his recovery. Unfortunately, he'll be wearing his cast for about a month.

Glad you did catch it in time to get it healed properly. Toes are tricky too. If they are not set just perfect, then they wont heal straight. Good luck with your boy.

| Ah... poor Mayson. Glad he's adjusting to having his cast on though. If it's the kind of cast like we humans get, you should write on it that, Everyone on YT loves him. Get Well Soon, Mayson.
