My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | Here are pictures of my Rogan (14 lb Yorkie) after his double knee surgery. He's doing quite well today...runs and jumps like nothing is wrong. |

| Hi, i just received the same bad news you did from my vet yesterday.Hailey ,7 months old, has been coughing and sneezing for over a month and she's been on several medicine but nothing cleared that up so yesterday the vet after pressing on her throat he came up with the theory she might have collapsed trachea. They gave her some Cephalexin and Temaril tablets for now to see if it will clear up or else they will run a couple of xrays on her and possibly put her on steroids later on. Hailey also was diagnosed with grade 1 luxating patella on both of her rear legs at the first visit. The vet told me it might clear up by itself but there's also chance it could get worse and he will let me know by the time she's 10 months and to refrain her from jumping. Do you know the severity of the luxating patella on your baby? |

I have noticed, since being on steroids, she hasnt been coughing AS bad. So I guess thats a good sign. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Elle feels better and doesnt need surgery for her patella. Thanks for everyone's support and advice.
