Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | Hi Hannah, I am so sorry to hear that your Chloe has parvo, I definately would let the pet shop know about Chloe ASAP the other puppies and dogs are at risk that they had there. I would think that a pet shop of good standing would want to know. If they are not cooperative, then as a suggestion there is always the health department in Los Angeles that could be contacted, you could email Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich and he might be able to help you with this matter. He is really a great person and in my opinion he is one that really represents what a politician should be like. Hopefully the pet shop will do all it can to help with the expenses that are incurred for Chloe. I believe pet shops are licensed through the county, not sure, but I think they are. We are going to check back to see how Chloe is doing, our prayers are with her and you. Please try to get your rest tonight, since she is being cared for at the vets, she will need you to be at your best with rest, prayerfully she will pull through this and be back home with you before long. | First, I want to say how sad I am to hear that your baby has parvo..then, I want to suggest that you contact the local SPCA or animal control to make sure that the animal control people are aware that this pet shop is selling sick puppies and will continue to do so unless they are required to shut down and disenfect. I don't think business licenses are based on selling healthy animals but it never hurts to send letters to the local newspapers and ask for others to reply if they have had same problems from same pet shop.. The longest journey starts with only one step!!!!!!!!!! |

| I sure hope she gets better! I hope that the pet shop does something about this! Because if your little one has it, then there are probably others there with it as well. Bless her heart! I will say some prayers that she gets better!!! PLEASE keep us updated on her condition!

| parvo is very very bad i have witness it first hand a lab of mine had it it was a nightmare to see him go through it but he made it .i cannot imagine a yorkie having it .i said a pray for your baby . but one word of advice while your baby is in the hospital you need to clean clean clean CLOROX --bleach is the only thing that will kill it you need to throw away food ---water bowls---toys .shampoo carpet --that stuff can live in the ground for ten years it is bad i had to put bleach in a garden sprayer spray everything outside but i love him and it was worth it |

| Oh my God I am so so sorry. i know that this comes at a terrible time for you but no time is easy to lose a family member. My prayers and thoughts are with you in this difficult time and i know that she can't be replaced but i hope that you will be able to find another bundle of joy to share your life with. I also hope that something can be done about the pet store that are putting the babies in harms way!! We offer our deepest sympathy. God bless you and your family! Melinda and Sassy Little |

| I am so sorry to hear of your loss. It is so sad to see little babies get so sick. She is in dog heaven enjoying all the things that puppies love to do. I am sending you a big hug.

| I am so sorry for you. Please try and pursue the Pet Shop and Breeder, etc...there may be more sick babies and just thinking about others being very sick and hurting is breaking my heart. I wish you nothing but the best! I will be praying for you heart to mend. |

My furkids Donating Member | Sounds like you have a very sick little girl. I hope she will be ok....I know this probably isn't the time to say this but, this is what can happen when you buy from a pet store...Pet store puppies are usually results of puppy mills. I would contact the pet store to see if they will absorb, if not all, some of the vet costs. I wish your little Chloe well
