| Max is not eating Max is usually a very loud and energetic dog , but this morning he woke up different. He woke up around 4am to potty which he sometimes does and then went back to sleep but when it was time for me to get up for work at 7am he starting trying to vomit but nothing came or maybe he swallowed it. He did that about 3x and the same thing happened, no vomit. I attempted to give him some boiled chicken but he refused. I attempted to give him food and he refused all day on both meals of the day. He has just been laying down, he is still barking and walking around but rather lay down. He has been drinking water normally, my bf was eating a burger and attempted to give him a piece of cheese and he ate right away and waited to see if he gives him more. Should I be worried? He ate his regular meals the day before its just today he woke up like this. After the first attempt to vomit, he was shaky for 5mins but then stopped shaking after.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | He may just have an acute stomach bug, but keep a very close eye. See if he eats this morning. Try sprinkling some Parmesan cheese on his food, it's nice and enticing. If his appetite is still not stimulated, I'd go to the vet.
