Dark spot on skin near eye

Hi.
Maya has a dark spot underneath her right eye. Looks like an older person
Pigmentation spot. She is 6.5 years old.
Has anyone seen in on their Yorkie?

Dogs often have diff little pigment spots on them & it's most often nothing to worry about. It may be from a small scratch at one point in her life. If the spot is smooth, not flaky, oozing or raised at all then it's probably fine. I would just keep an eye on it & if it does not change then the next time she has a vet appt for something else then you can have your vet take a look at it, but IF it changes in any way then take her for a check up.
