| Scratched Eye Went camping this weekend. We all have dogs. My friends dog who is a small dog attacked my yorkie and scratched her eye. This morning it is running and has yellow coming out. I came home and gave her a antibiotic she got for a ear thing... What should I do with this. Warm compresses and wait 24 hours... Is there any otc drops I can get... Help |

| I believe you should bring your girl to your vet and have it checked out...it is what I would do. I hope her eye will heal.

| She needs to see a vet right away. I wouldn't wait 24 hours. Scratches in the eye can have many complications, and they're also very painful. Diana |

Diana and I have been through this with our pupsters. You definitely want immediate vet attention for proper treatment and eye meds.

| Happy to hear Roxy has meds and that she is going to be okay. These things always seem to happen on holidays/long weekends.
