***Tibbe Sick At The Vet. Need Your Prayers.***

Little Tibbe just wasn't acting right today, lethargic, restless, not eating/drinking this mornin, had part-diarrhea stool late morning and licking his lips a lot, just standing in the floor with his little head down. He's had a bit of this for over the past 12 mos., but vet can't really pinpoint anything and he seemed to be getting better these last 7 weeks until today. When Pepto-Bismol didn't help his loud tummy rumbling sounds and seeming nausea, off we went to the vet with a stool sample. They are running a battery of tests right now so they sent me home. Here I sit and shake and wait to hear. I could really use some prayers for my little ray of sunshine with his big smile and sweet spirit. He just can't be sick or really ill.

Oh Jeanie, I'm so sorry Tibbe is not feeling well. I am sending up prayers right now for him. It's good that you had the stool sample to give the vet - I am sure they will figure this out for you and get Tibbe feeling better.

Jeannie Im sorry Tibbes is sick it seems like hes been through alot with stomach issues. My good thoughts and prayers that hes better soon and the vet gets to the bottom of it

I love that little Tibbe and I haven't even met him! Oh how I pray he will get better. Maybe a bug is going around and he is sick from that. What about his food, is it causing a problem. Did he get bit by something? If you have a good vet, trust him and of course we will trust in the Lord to bring healing back to sweet little Tibbe. Please keep us posted, I am so sad and almost in tears over this. Lots of love to little Tibbe. Oh be careful everyone if you take your dog on a walk. Here they spray chemicals on the weeds, we don't want our dogs eating that or ingesting poison. I hope Tibble hasn't gotten into anything and it is a bug that can be cured.

Thanks you every one for your sweet words and prayers and hope. I haven't heard a thing and I'm just too scared to call. But it's getting late so they have to call soon. I sure hope he doesn't have some awful pancreatic or liver or kidney problem. I've never been able to get him off the Hill's I/D GI due to that iffy stomach and yet, his labs have been okay before - last ones in Dec., 2012, before his dental.

Yesterday was his Heartguard day and he did act pretty sleepy after that for several hours and only wanted to do a little training last night so we kept it short. He still performed everything like a little trooper and had begged me to do it - well, he got tough - he stood there and growled at me in his little warning way that he knows I think is too cute. I didn't feel like it but we went through all his tricks and I put him through his paces right down to the jumps and all. But then he went right back to bed and was quiet the rest of the night.

I miss him so and he's only been away a few hours! He's just my sweet little best friend and I am sick when he is sick. There's no other dog like Tibbe. He's like a dog Shirley Temple and such a darling little entertainer - always clowning and making me laugh. He's so smart and talented and he had such an awful start in life. He fought through all of that and has been such a little star of a dog. He really fills up life around her just being Tibbe - always happy, funny, cute as anything and so loving. He kisses right beside my nose and then right on the end of it when he's feeling cuddly and will curl right up and lie right on part of my neck at night. We sleep that way. He wakes up bright at as bulb turned on and makes you smile all day. How is it possible he could get very sick or anything? Sorry for droning on. Just scared.

Jeanie, everything will be perfect, I just know it! Tibbe is an amazing little dog, it's very clear to me through your posts, and you are an amazing mama. I know what it's like when you feel helpless though. I really hope he's back in your arms VERY soon and I'll be thinking of you guys and checking in for an update.

Jeanie, Tibbe sounds like such a sweet dog. I pray he comes home well and ready to be his ole perky self. He is so cute! I know how nervous we can be when our fur friends are at the vet. Just know that he is in good hands and all of us are hoping and praying for good news. Later on you should probably talk to the vet about his diet and see if he needs something besides the Hills stuff. Oh please, Jesus, let this little dog come home well and happy!

Prayers for little Tibbe and his mom. I know how hard it is when they are sick and can't tell you what's wrong and how very quiet the house is without them. Hope he is on his way home with his mom soon.
