my baby boy tucker just turned a year old and he hasnt been acting like him self for a week or so i mean usually hes really energetic sometimes to much but lately hes been just wanting to sleep and wanting to be alone. i thought it was his sugar and it helped for about a day. any suggestions about what it could be or what i should do. thanks i am really worried

Sorry that Tucker is not being his usual self. Maybe you should take him for a good checkup and bloodwork. I'm not a good one to know, my girl is very laid back, would be hard to tell if she got any more lazy.

Your pup has been lethargic for a week. It is definitely time for the vet. Bloodwork should be done to make sure everything is okay in there.

Lethargic and wanting to be alone are signs of pain and illness. Could be anything. Any other symptoms?

The vet will check him from head to toe and probably do a chemistry panel and CBC. Those are good places to start.

Often small problems become large problems that are more costly the longer you wait. I would find the means to get him in to the vet asap.
