| From Florida to PA, sick yorkie=( Hi everyone, my 1 year old yorkie flew a 2 hour flight with me under the seat. He cried a little bit during the flight but was fine otherwise. 2 days later - I took him for a long walk while it was wet outside and took him home and he started acting funny. He is pacing and walking around with his tail down =( he doesn't seem himself, I am visiting my mom and she has 5 other dogs in the house (all relatively healthy) he just started acting funny on the 3rd day being here (today). It is thanksgiving and all I can do is worry about my little guy and my vet is not available. Maybe he is constipated? Too much excitement from the other dogs and a new place is what other people are telling me, but I am worried about him. I have to wait till tomorrow to get in touch with a vet, any advice till then would be appreciated.

| Check for Klingons. Abbi does this if she's not clean. |

| That would be my first thought...check his bottom! He also could be nervous with all of the activity. As long as he is not showing any physical signs of illness...diarrhea, vomiting or anything like that, I would try to just relax. He might also be feeling your stress. I hope he is ok. Keep us posted.

| Thanks everyone, I had checked him bottom and there wasn't anything there, he is doing much better. I worry so much about my little guy - I know their tail is a way of communicating i wish he could talk sometimes

| Happy to hear he is ok now! Yes, it would make our lives easier if they could tell us what is wrong sometimes. Someone had a saying along that line....I forget who and what the exact words were; but it was along the line of how vets are better than human doctors because they can figure things out when their patients cannot talk and tell them what is wrong.
