| Another Mr Peeper question I just finished cutting Kaji's hair, which includes a complimentary body analysis. I noticed he has a little irritation on the tip of Mr Peeper. Is there something I could/should put on it?

| Wish I could help, but I haven't had to deal with Mr. Peepers yet on my boys. Hopefully some one can help you.

| Haha! It's not a full on Peeper. It's the skin. He's got an irritation on his skin in *that* area.

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | I'm not sure I would put anything on it, since it's such an easily accessible area (if you know what I mean). I would watch it over the next day or so and see if it changes at all now that some of the hair is gone. It could just be an irritation from urine remaining in the area.

Not to be too graphic, but let's just be graphic and get it over with. Do you mean like the opening-tip, or more like on the outside/perimeter of the tip? Is it just a bit red or something? If it's more on the perimeter, and if you have a bit of hydrocortisone cream - you could take a tiny bit and rub it in on the area...trying your best to get it all rubbed in there, so he won't just lick it all off later (so just rub a small dot in, then a little more if able to, etc). I see this was a couple days ago you posted this...is it looking better yet?

After I noticed the irritation I put a tiny bit of Triple Antibiotic cream on it and it was gone the next day and yes - they'll lick it - so just use small amounts like Ann mentioned | |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Since it's more near the opening, what about aloe vera gel? If you have any of that, you could try a bit of it. You could still use a teensy bit of hydrocort/antibio cream near the opening...just try to rub it into the skin so it absorbs. The red line isn't a vein, maybe? Sometimes veins just really show up since the manly area is very vascular area - so maybe you're seeing a vein/capillary?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Sigh...I know. They can be so goofy about it...as if you're fussing with WMD or something .
