We took our guy to the vet yesterday becuase he was itching, not eating, hiding while laying, and having accidents. She said it looks like he was bitten by mosquitoes all over his belly.

She gave us a special shampoo and a spray to help with the burning and itching and an antibiotic.

He seemed better last night but now is back to not eating and hiding.
We have to give him a pill, but he wont eat ANYTHING.
What can I do? he hasn't eaten in 2 days.

Have you tried human food, like a very small piece of cheese, or even a bit of hotdog? You can put the pill in there to see if he will eat it. When he does eat, you can also use Greenie's Pill Pockets. Or try to feed him boiled chicken and rice?

It sounds like more than mosquitoes if he isn't eating.
If he won't take it in canned food or human food, then you can force it.
You could probably find a pill gun at the pet store or just push it toward his throat with your finger and close his mouth. There are explanations on how to do this online...

I just cover the pill in cream cheese or peanut butter and stick it on the roof of their mouth, works like a charm
