YT 1000 Club Member | acting strange Ok so here's the deal. My daughter has been staying with us for a few days. She has a husky and she gives her dog raw hide bones. We keep her dog in our heated garage because she loves to shred all of roxie's toys. When I let Roxie out she grabbed a piece of that rawhide and ran off in the house with it. I took it away but I think she had another piece I didn't find. Now she's acting like she doesn't feel so good. I don't give her raw hides due to the horror stories I've read and heard about. When she gets up to follow me around she runs quickly with her head kind of down. She's not as perky as normal either although she doesn't appear to be super ill, I just know her body language isn't normal. If it's from the raw hide what should I do? We've also had a house full of extra people due to a few guests staying with us for the weekend. Does anyone have any ideas? I just hate when she's not feeling good and I can always tell when she's not herself. Sorry for the long post but thanks in advance for any information or advice anyone has.

| Sounds like she may have swallowed a piece of the rawhide bone. She' probably feeling bloated...I would get her to the vet for an Xray so you can see what you're dealing with.

YT 1000 Club Member | She's fine now. I think she got a little constipated. After she went she felt better! Thanks for replying!

| Maybe some stress from everything going on in your home, she may not be used to it. I'm glad she is feeling better now |
