| Heart question has anyone ever sat & felt their furbabies heart beat?? Toby has a really strange one,I sat the other night with Cricket on one side of me & Toby on the other, and for some reson just had my hands resting on their hearts. And there is a big difference in their beats. I was just wondering if anyone has had any problems with their yorkies hearts?? I am strongly thinking of taking Toby to the vet just to make sure his heart is ok. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Can you describe it? Did it feel like it dropped a beat? Sometimes with faster heartbeats, it can *feel* like a heartbeat was dropped, when it actually wasn't. Inspiration/expiration often interferes w/ feeling every beat as well. Of course, your vet can easily just give it a listen and let you know what they hear, so it'd be a good idea to get it checked if you're worried.
