| ![]() It sounds like he may be having a hypo episode. I'm not sure why you would give him salt. ![]() Honey and Nutrical should have revived him quickly. Are his gums pink? When was the last time he ate? If he is unresponsive, you need to take him to the ER vet immediately. Here is some information on hypoglycemia: Toy Breed Hypoglycemia |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | ![]() How is this baby ![]() I'm on a different time zone here - so I may be reading this wrong, but are you saying that his last meal yesterday was 10am, when you posted at 9pm? If I'm reading that wrong due to how it posted on my time zone, forgive me. Otherwise, this baby needs to eat much more often if he is a puppy - as in 3-4 times a day. But, I'm pretty sure this time thing just posted funny bc of our time zone difference. ![]()

| ![]() Vomiting would be the worst thing to do if it is A Hypo eposoide. Definately give him Nurtical or Karyo Syurp , rub it on his gums. That is only A tepm. fix though, so take him to the vet , for sure. To advoid this in the future have Kibble down for him all the time with fresh water. Let him free feed. I hope he is feeling better and doing well this morning. ![]()

| ![]() How old is he? What time did this happen and how long before had he eaten? Was he walking in circles or running into things? Did the nutrical pull him out of the episode or not?

| ![]() Hi! Thank u all for ur concern. After the last time I wrote about the condition of my furbaby, everything started get better! ![]() ![]() This morning he woke up as sweet as usual but feeling really tired and lacking of energy. He didn´t wanted his dry kibble so I gave him a piece of chicken breast dehydrated from halo treats. At this time he´s been sleeping all day and gaining his strenght back with the help of some boiled chicken breast, nutrical and water. Today is a beautiful day. Yesterday I was feeling horrible, desperate not knowing what to do or what was happening with my little angel. Right now all if feel is gratefulnes to still have this precious life beside me and knowing that there are good friends in life to help you get through ur worst moments in life. ![]() ![]() ![]() God bless U all and ur beautiful ![]() ![]() Kisses from Rockerito ![]() ![]() |

| ![]() I'm concerned that you say he didn't want his breakfast and slept all day. He shouldn't have a "hangover" from a hypo episode. They should bounce back almost immediately after you give them something to get their blood sugar up. Keep an eye on him and if he still seems out of sorts tomorrow, I'd take him to your vet to be on the safe side. |

| ![]() Rockerito is back!!! My beloved puppy is him self again. Yesterday he slept almost all day long except for his meal times and bathroom brakes. He loved the chicken breast!! The vet told me it´s normal he slept so much because he was feeling as if he had ran 1 mile all by him self. After that he woke up at 10pm fully recharged. bitting, bouncing, running so I had to hold him in my arms a lot ![]() Today he´s been all normal again but I´m still feeding him the chicken plus his orijen kibble and refraining him from running like a thunder around our apartment. I´ve learned that I have to leave his food available at all times and I also made him a little sueter to keep him warm. ![]() Thanks again to all of U for ur good help and good luck to all new yorkie mommies out there so that no one should go trough this very scary episodes ever. Natty luvs Rockerito baby! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Your doing all the right things for your little guy! Leaving his food down all the time is very good when they are puppies. ![]()
