| Well, Pip weighs over 11, so the vet said 1/2 tab, since the tabs were 25mg.

| My vet uses a formula I don't know But she told me this week to give my 3 pound, 10 ounce girl 1.4 ml of the liquid. That is to help her sleep during a flight, so I'm not sure it if would be a different amount if it was being given for allergies or rashes. |

| Cooper is 9 pounds and I give him a half a 25 mg pill and I squish it in a small piece of cheese. He gobbles it up and never knows there is a pill in there.

| Dylan broke out in hives this week and his vet prescribed 2.5 ml of the liquid benadryl every 8 hours for him. He weighs 8 lbs. It didn't help that much and I had to take him into the vet for a cortizone shot after a couple doses of the benadryl. The shot worked great and he was like a new dog in less then 1/2 hour. I hope you dog feels better. |

| 1-800-petmeds says "The usual dose in dogs and cats is 0.5-2mg/pound by mouth every 8 to 12 hours."

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I think you've gotten your answers up there^, but as far as getting her to eat it, whenever the pooches needed to take pills, we'd wrap it in a small piece of bread or cheese and give it to them that way. Good luck! I hope she feels better soon. Poor girl.

| Rocco stepped on a bee about an hour ago.. the Evet would not tell me an amount to give over the phone, so I gave roccco a tiny chip, maybe the size of a pin head, just in case... he is 2 1/2 lbs.. He doesnt seem to be having a reaction to the bee sting (if it stung him, I could never find the stinger) and only now seems totally tired.. I am freakin out here! Any advice would be great Thanks
