| Neck Knot My Bella is healthy 8 month old (5 lbs) baby girl. Since I got her, the only problem she's had is an ear mite infection, which cleared up after 1 treatment. When she got her rabies vaccine, I noticed a small knot on the back of her neck (about an inch above her shoulder blades). I called the vet and they said it was a common occurance. I hadn't noticed it again, until yesterday when I had all of her hair cut for the first time. I guess the hair was cushioning everything. She has a microchip, but it's just below her shoulder blades, so I know that's not it. Does anyone else's dog have a spot like that? I don't want to get overly concerned with it unless I need to. She doesn't seem to be bothered by it, otherwise I would definatly be at the vet's office tomorrow morning! Please help me out here. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Pixie had that on her upper leg and I called the vet and they said it was where her shot had been given the week before. I briught her in to check it and they said there was no charge and a lot of people come in for the same thing. It went away after a month or so. Sounds like the same thing.
