| Logan Was Neutered Today Logan came through his surgery just fine. He is still waking up. The vet pulled all his baby teeth (he had just about every one of them left) and three permanent teeth because they were growing in sideways. I insisted on picking him up this afternoon, which the vet encourages. He is on IV fluids to help his liver flush out the toxins since he has "compromised" liver function. I'm just so relieved. |

| What caused the vet to pull so many teeth all at once? I'm going to be keeping a close eye as my puppy's neuter surgery approaches to see what he teeth look like. |

| Logan still had all his baby teeth (although I KNOW one was missing because I saw it fall out). Because of the overcrowding, three of his adult teeth were coming in sideways, so she removed those. |

| Logan is home and seems miserable. He keeps moaning and whining. The vet gave me a bag full of all the teeth she pulled. Yikes! He did potty, but he doesn't want any water. I'm supposed to try to feed him around 7 tonight. Did any of you have a similar reaction from your Yorkie following surgery? |

| Hi, My boy had a dental yesterday and had some teeth removed and sat around all day and whined. He is still trying to get sympathy today, I had to hand feed him his canned food and bring water to him. Then when my husband dropped a piece of steak he was the first one over there grabbing it and chewing it up. I'm sure he doesn't feel real good, but I think they know we are worried and act pitiful for more attention lol. Whitney |

That is too funny! Now Logan is peeing all over the place! He acts like he has no bladder control. I don't know if that's because he is just too miserable to wait until he goes outside or if something is wrong?? | |

| How about trying ice water or little tiny pieces of ice? My furbabies love ice. Hope if this is a lousy idea some will pop up and say so.
