| Help Hello I just wanted to know if anyone could help me, I have two yorkies and I am staying with my sister and she has two yorkies well one of my girls has what looks like a cut that in one small area puss if coming out. Well its seems as when she goes pee outside my sisters boys are liking it up and getting so sick they have to be hospitalized. After a week of this we finally figured out it was from one of my girls now the problem is we don't know why this is going on. I took her to the vet had urine test ran and she didn't have anything wrong the vet told me to keep a dipper on her until the cut is healed so my point of all this is what can be causing this? Please help if anyone has ever heard of this thank you so much |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I'm not sure, but did the vet take a swipe from the cut and grow it out in culture, bc that would one thing to consider?

| Thank you, No they just to urine and that was it I am really worried about it. My sisters boys were so sick they almost died over it! I just don't get it! What would that do if the took a swab from the cut or what could it show? |

| I work for a Vet and they said they haven't ever heard anything like it. A dog getting sick from urine is weird. I take my girls to another Vet but I think I am going to take her into mine. They told me to just put a dipper on and wait for the cute/bite which I am still not even sure what it is she has been up there twice and still not a clue as to what it is or where it came from just put a dipper on her and wait for it to heal. I am starting to think I should take her in to my Vet. another thing The boys are acting like she is in heat but she isn't its really really weird she just got out in March so its been a while since and awhile before she will go again. |
