| Pppllleease Help!!!!! THIS morning i got up and went to Paris's crate and she was very weak and lethargic....i presume she got hypoglycemic during the nite. I immediately gave her some nutrical a few minutes ago. Should i leave her to go back to sleep or keep her up....dont know what to look for now nor what to do.

I would watch her for a few and try to engage her to see if she has perked up. Have you checked her gums they should be nice and pink, if they are not I would call the Vet to get some proffessional advice. | |

| I would not leave her alone. If the Nutri-Cal is going to work, you should see results within 30 minutes at the very latest. If she doesn't perk up, PLEASE call the vet for instructions. |

Yes, I agree. If she is not looking better in a bit I would call the Vet. They can tell if want to do. I hope she will be ok.

| Howz Paris now? When I had this problem with Kalani I rubbed a little syrup on his gums (he hates Nutrical) and watch him till I saw that the sugar had kicked in - I'd then give him a little something to eat and he'd be fine.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Hope she is doing ok now. You may need to get her up during the night and feed her or give her some nutrical. That's what I had to do with Cali until she was about 8 months. I would definatley watch her closely today and get her in if she is not back to normal soon. Good luck

| Thanks! Ok everyone Paris is doing fine...Im so glad i did my homework on this breed before purchasing and brought some good books...I raced out to the store and brought her some chicken baby food and she lapped it right up, she seemed to perk up immediately, and i had to work today so i brought her to work with me. Luckily i have excellent bosses and I have her in the kennel and it have been taking her out and giving her more baby food every couple of hours and shes back to her old self. But i was so scared this morning seeing her like that, and luckily i had an idea what it was and the yorkie book i have gave me the idea of what to do. I knew i was not leaving her alone so i didnt think twice about bringing her to work with me....Thank you all for your help

| I don't know if you are already doing this... but you might want to leave food and water down at night for Paris... sounds like she can't make it thru the night without it. Wishing you the best with her.
