| Bittersweet day... Jordy was our kitty who found us about 6 months ago... had just posted pictures on here of him this morning. When we found him we looked for his owners and had him scanned but we were never able to find where he belonged. Today our landlord was fixing our dishwasher and said his buddy lost a cat right down the road about 6 months ago that looked just like our Jordy. Long story short the family just came and saw Jordy and it did turn out to be their cat. The kids were ecstatic and Jordy seemed so happy to find his way back to his family. I really am very happy they were reunited but at the same time I am so sad to see him go he had become such a big part of our little family. I am going to miss him being around so much. Can't help but feel just a little bit down today even though I know it is selfish...

| Oh definitely a bittersweet story. How wonderful that you kept Jordy safe and loved for those six months. I hope you get to visit Jordy. Best wishes.

| Awww, so great when a family finds their lost baby. I know it was hard on you though. I'm sure they are very grateful for you finding him and taking good care. If he ever gets out again he will have 2 homes to go to, just in case.

| I can imagine it is difficult to see Jordy go, but how nice to see his family, especially kids, so happy to find their lost pet. The family was probably twice as happy learning that Jordy was well-taken care of in your home these past 6 months.

| They were extremely happy. Apparently his name is washington. The kids were lovingg all over him and when jordy saw the father he leaped out of my arms and literally jumped into his arms. It was very heart warming to see. And at the same time broke my heart. Im so glad he is where he belongs.

| Awwww... that is bittersweet. On the bright side, that is one super loved kitty!!! Any chance you could visit him a bit here and there? Maybe they wouldn't mind since you took such awesome care of him for the last 6 months.

| Aww, I'm sorry... I'm glad you find his family though. It sounds like he was really loved. Maybe you can cat sit if they go out of town?
