No hun, it's free and it's great! Just takes a little tinkering and yer on your way..so much fun! Welcome to Yorkietalk, so glad your here. There are so many who could explain the picture thing better than I, all you gotta do is ask....the website I used is blingee.com

I will check that out, Thank you, it is very cool how you can do that with pictures, I am looking forward to being able to do that. When I figure it out, I will put some pics on here also. Yippieeee that will be GREAT fun!!
