| Weigh before or after cooked? Ok YT'ers do you know if you weigh your meat, ie pork chop before or after you cook it to get an accurate reading on fat grams, calories etc?

| Hi, it's before you cook it. That dosen't mean you can add a load of toppings....lol j/k I NEED to get my scale back out. It truly is the ONLY way to count calories and fat. I just started journeling my food again. I have lost over 200 pounds low fat/low cal I still have a goods way to go. Good Luck! Angie |

| I did allow one day that I didnt count but I did write it down still. Like I ate a sensible breakfast and lunch then I said.. ok, you deserve Mexican food tonite!
