|  Any one know of any... Shih Tzu breeders in Oklahoma or Kansas? My sister's shih tzu died and I'm looking for her. Our birthday is coming up so I thought I'd get her one for her birthday. I'm seriously thinking of trading Kitty's pups for a shih tzu.
