Cream Cheese Veggie Pizza Recipe

Veggie Pizza

INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
2 cups reduced fat sour cream
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
1 cup shredded carrots






DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Unroll crescent roll dough and lay flat on a baking sheet (do not separate sections). Bake in preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and allow to cool.
While crust is baking, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in dill. When crust is cool, spread cream cheese mixture evenly over top and cover with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and green pepper. Chill approximately 5 minutes, until cream cheese mixture is firm. Cut into 4 portions

K - here is one we make all the time and we love it - we entertain a lot and everytime we make this it goes - it never gets old;

1 8oz pkg cream cheese - softened
1 cup mayonaise
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix

topping: 1 cup of each: broccoli, cauliflower, red/green pepper and bunch of green onions sliced; shredded cheddar cheese

Flaten cresent rolls on an 11x15 pan, bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes depending on your oven until golden brown.
Cool completely - this is important

Mix filling ingredients and spread over crust. Top with all your cut up veggies; then cheese; refrigerate.

You can use any veggies you want; but if you use tomatoes - cut up at last minute and put on right before serving since they get watery.
