| Oh Julie, I hate when that happens! I'm a cross-stitcher, so I know exactly how that feels.

| Me too! When I was pregnant with my daughter I was in the hospital for 5 weeks before she was born. I spent the whole time working on a beautiful cross stitch that had a poem on it. I got to the bottom and realized that I had miscounted and the last line wouldn't fit! I was so upset. My husband brought me new supplies and I started all over! In the mean time, I had the baby and went home. Between Megan and 2 year old Kevin I hardly ever had time to work on it. So, I finally got it done and my son wrote on it with an ink pen!!!! That was 12 years ago, and I forgot about it until I read your postl lol

| My mom is a cross stitcher and when I was younger she made this beautiful sampler type with the name of each state and a little picture representing each state. Well, she had the whole thing finished, framed and hung before I noticed that she had spelled Alaska "ALASAKA". She made me swear to secrecy and just left it that way. From that day forward I always pronounce Alaska "Alasaka" in front of her and we laugh. The sad part is she lived in Alaska for a year!!

| I cross stitch too - and this sounds totally like something I'd get myself into. That sucks! But you GOTTA laugh! You can put it on your wall as if to say NO "F" WORDS ARE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED IN MY HOUSE! Hehe.

| Honestly thats a bit humorous. You need to come up with a really good story about why you purposely left the "f" out to tell people who ask you about it.
