Donating YT 500 Club Member | If Ben Franklin can dangle a key from a kite IN a storm ... Surely, I can stand on my deck with a camera as it is blowing over, right? I snapped these Friday night once the deluge had ended. It was quite a show. These aren't perfect, but not bad for a first attempt and without the benefit of a tripod. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Yep -- she sure is. As long as she doesn't decide to wipe out my roof again like she did last summer, I'll love her all the more. |

| It's very pretty in a disturbing way.... Is it just me or does it look kind of scary movie creepy... Look at the first picture. The weather vane looks like a cross with the the lightning bolt following the arms of the cross.... OOOOoooooOOOOooooooo~~~~~

Donating YT 500 Club Member | YES! It was funny, but when I was looking at these once I got them on the computer, it kind of reminded me of a "Cryptkeeper" or "Tales from the Darkside" opening credit. |

| We just had one blow over here ourselves! Gorgeous. Do you realize how difficult it is to photograph lightning? Great job period, first timer or not. |
