not feeling so well

hey guys i havent been feeling well and i thought maybe some of you might have experienced the same things or could shed some light sonce the doctor seems to find nothing wrong.

i have been really mopey and sick, constantly gagging like im going to throw up, i havent had any appetite, i lost 22 pounds in one month, and i dropped about 2 pants sizes, i feel really tight in my chest and i cannot breath good, my blood pressure has dropped from 90 over 78 to around 86 88 over 76 and im always cold, grouchy, i havent had a period, (im not pregant though, i always have weird ones) i feel like something is hanging in the back of my throat like a piece of food that i cant swallow, and i constantly sit here at work and just keep swallowing cause it feels like something is back there hangina round, i cant lift my kids up because my arms are killing me, i can barely lift my purse with stuff in it, my beath smells horrible, i mean like something is dead in there, my bowel movements have been coming like every few days, and they have been weird, dont worry wont go into details on that one, and i just hurt in my arms, today i feel really dizzy and all i had was a couple spoons full of some mushroom soup and some water and i had to rush to the bathroom to throw up, i have a runny nose and i feel like i have post nasal drip. my mom says i need my wisdom teeth pulled and soon, i have bad jaw pains and my mouth feels dry all the time and my lips i keep licking them and they are dry but i drink water like a hippo, when i run my tongue aong my teeth they are like icky like a dirty mouth but i brush floss and mouthwash 2 times a day, i just feel sick,
anyone feel this way or maybe have some explaination? my doctor says i just need some sleep and that my blood pressure is fine, but its so low that when i get to cold i will just fall asleep , i mean literally just head smakcing the desk asleep, and i cant even open my eyes, my blood pressure was 120 over 80 normal just a couple years back but its been slowly dropping and when i go for physicals they haveme lie down in the bed for 30 mins to check my blood pressure and its still low. anyone any advice? its really bothersome

Please get a second opinion as soon as possible. It could be so many things from minor to not so minor and you need to get a diagnosis, Hope you get answers soon.

ok i don't want to freak you out or anything but have you had them check you for a parasite like tape worm? I know this is gonna freak you out sorry i have to say it because tapeworms can grow really long and actually travel upwards and you said you feel like you have something in your throat that you can't swallow. Sorry it just sounds like a parasite becasue 1- the amount of weight loss. 2-your getting really weak i would have them test you for that and also take your blood again what about anemia?

It could be diabetes, thyroid, or any number of things. I would definitely go in to another doctor and have a complete physical with lots of blood work done to check you out. Sorry you are feeling so bad!

i went through something like this very similar.. doctor found out i was extremely depressed/stressed out. (due to not sleeping from work etc)..

i don't know if that's what it could be for you, but maybe you should get a 2nd opinion.

ewwww a worm, you can have a real worm growing in you? how do you test and what causes that?
yeah i am on birth control but my doctor tests me every time i have a biopsy done and so i know im not preganant,
i have anemia but usually i feel like im gonna pass out and boom im out and i wake up and im fine
i have been having alot of trouble with my wisdom teeth withthem hurting and smelling and alot of trouble swallowing and my throat stinks and my teeth stink
i think the weakness is from the weight lost and not enough calcium and vitamins and calories since ive had no appetite.
but i also think that my cancer may have spread and we just never caught it. i had had signs of overian cancer for awhile now but my doctor had been treatingmy cervix cancer, and he suspected that it may have spread to my colon since i was having trouble digesting and my food was just sitting in my stomach and nevr digesting or anything and then i was having gas pains and horrible bowel movements, and sice i posted i have thrown up 4 times at work and i feel sick like i good just kepp throwing up and throwing up but throwing up i feel better. i think i may need to go home. but my boss is a prude and an a** he acts like im lazy and dont want to work but hey ive been here all day feeling liek this its just getting worse.

You really need to go to a doctor and get a second opinion...poor thing, you must feel awful. Can you go to another doctor and get blood tests run-that will show if you are fighting an infection or if your thyroid is out of wack..hope you feel better soon.

that could be a huge factor also, i mean my hubby has been off work for a month all ready and we are like making it but i mean soon the savings are gonna run out and then we have court next tuesday that could worst case scenario end up with my hubby in jail, and a 2000 fine or just a fine or who knows it may be a 500 dollar fine, i dont know
my hubby hasnt really been acting liek a kid but there are so many things that need to be done atr the house and i asked him yesterday to clean frankies potty pads and he said ok and then i get off work and i call everyday o get off work so he knows im on my way and hes like ok ill be there soon and so im like ok where are you and he stuck int he mud in his truck some creek somewhere so i blew a gasket and he had a friend with him so when we got back i simply told him if your truck breaks down im not paying to fix it becuase you are doing stupid stuff and you are helping it to break down, and he said oh it wasnt four by fouring it was mud bogging and so im like well then why couldnt your friend drive his truck and his friends says because he didnt want to mess his up so i say oh but you can mess up my husbands truck
anyway so then hubby gets ticket this morning so know thats another expense im like uhhhhh losing my mind, i cannot get a good nights sleep, i never thought i would be the one taking meds for sleeping and relaxing and stuff but im beginning to have to cause i cant sleep and i feel like i have no control over my body.

Definately get a thyroid blood test to include the TSH, and at least a T4 -- hopefully T4 and T3. So much of this sounds like my hypothyroid (pre-meds). I also had a goiter (enlarged thyroid gland) which is common when a person is hypothyroid for a long time. I did not lose weight but I know others that did because of the loss of appetite. Me, I seemed to eat no matter what so the slowed metabolism actually had me gaining weight. But the gagging feeling, like there was something in my throat, the lowered pulse rate, the fatigue, feeling cold, sick feeling, loss of interest in things, irregular periods and BMs, weakness, post nasal drip, dry mouth, -- this could all be coming from too little thyroid hormone.

Of course other things could cause it too so the doc should test for other things too but make SURE he tests for thyroid.

i know back when i was in high school one day i just didnt want to get up and i had lag and i didnt feel well and i had the shakes and i got up and my hair was like falling out in a big chunk so my mom took me to the doctor cause i didnt want to eat or anything and they were like oh yeah its your thyroid but then i was tested again and they were fine, see thats weird like that is how my body is, one day i test bad the next i test fine, the same with my gallbladder, i woke up one night with gallbladder contractions and i went to the er and they said well we want to take it out and i was 15, and so they said well we will wait till she has another attack or she gets gall stones and so far nothing so i dont know, i have been throwing up and it smells like the rotten smell in the back of my throat. i thin kit may be my teeth and they are infected and its affecting me, i think i need to get to that dentist, a lady i knew her son had the same thing going on and he waited longer though and finally it was so bad he couldnt chew or open his mouth and so she took him to the er and they pulled the tooth and they didnt clean it or soemthing i know and the abcess or the infection or something ended up coating his throat and he died from his throat closing up and infection. the tooth was pulled but the stuff in the tooth was what killed him, and im like oh no

cause i can smell my breath through the breath i breath out of my nose thats how strong it is, and my chest hurts so bad i mean my chest is so tight its hurting into my back. and i can barely breath,
i feel like my air goes to my breasts like right there and stops it doesnt feel like the air is going down into my body and i just want to throw up
