| I was 31 when I had my baby...my baby who will be 15 on Friday . Being pregnant then didn't seem any worse than when I was in my 20's. Of course, I did lose my sense of smell and my immune system when I was pregnant with him .....but I don't think it had anything to do with my age!! Probably would have lost them anyway

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Me, but not by choice....it just took us that long. I was 31 when my daughter was born. Most of my friend's children are grown....mine just thinks she is A girlfriend who's is my age (46) just had one....baby surprise so to speak. When she called me with the news....saying..."did ya hear our news on whose pregnant?"...I really thought she would say her 23 year old daughter. Before I could stop myself....the words...oh, my God were outta my mouth. Then I recovered and said...that didn't sound nice, I didn't mean it. She told me..."look, Deb I said the same d-mn thing when I heard it"

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Ya need to borrow our plastic baby from teen living. You have to take care of plastic baby and take them everywhere. There is a little key thing...when baby's cries...you put the key in their back....you have to hold it there from as little as 5 minutes to as much 30 minutes...until you hear baby sigh. You can't be mean to plastic baby cause it registers as abuse....plastic baby hooks up to a computer and prints out "how" you took care of them. They get cold...need blankies...get hot...get dirty...everything you can think of. Plastic baby wakes up ALL hours of the night...no kidding. I tell dd....the difference between plastic baby and a real one...plastic baby eventually shuts UP...sometimes real ones do not PS there are no plastic pacifers for plastic baby....

| I am 32 and do not have any kids yet.. However I will be in my thirties when I start. I was never ready when I was younger and I feel like I got all of the fun things in my life out of the way first. Young Moms may disagree with this, but I did not want to have any regrets. Being a young Mom was not for me, but I can't wait to start. Now all I have to do is get my bf to propose. I may be in my late thirties before I can start planning my family.

#2....last time I checked he wouldn't be the one going through the whole pregnancy bit But seriously, if it is what you want I would say go for it, but if you are just doing it for hubby, you really need to think long and hard about it!!

| I think it's sweet that he wants a baby with you. From reading your posts it looks like you don't have biological kids together, thats probably what he wants and to also go through the baby process from the beginning. I say go for it if YOU feel ready. Don't just do it for him but only if you want to also. I have a friend and a fellow YT member who is around your age and she's pregnant right now...very exciting and she's doing great. It's her first baby.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | My husband would have a dozen kids if it had been up to him. Someone else made that decision for us. I don't want mine to grow up tomorrow and get outta here already....but am looking forward to the it's just we two days again And someday....just we two with grandbabies

The C section had nothing to do with my age. The Dr insisted I had one BIG baby and I kept telling him there were two. So when the baby was breech and he still thought it was one BIG baby, he did not want me to deliver it naturally. Afterwards he said if he had known there were two small babies.he would not have done the c section. | |
