| A Question Of Concern..... Hey all of YT I have a question that I have been noticing. Why is it that alot of people will view a post or thread but won't reply to it? I have seen the numbers really high for the viewing part but for the replies it will be just a few people that will respond... I know me personally I respond to every thread that I see or reply back to everyone who replied to one of my threads or posts. To me that makes me feel good and welcomed when people respond back to something I wrote or asked. Well just was wondering about this cause so many threads and posts that have been written by people are like this including mine...Well take care. Babe Girl & Mommy

| I mostly read, rather than respond. Lots of times I don't have time to respond - but usually, I feel that I don't have enough knowledge to answer some of the questions asked or if it is in off topic, I might have looked, but then when I read the post, it wasn't something that I knew about or wasn't something that I wanted to reply to. There are times when I have lots of time though, that I am able to respond more. It's not because I don't want to respond to every post, but I just can't.

| Lmao, that is understandable for not responding to all the threads or post here but I am talking about the ones people may look @. I know everyone isn't the way I am but I just think that is respectful to show a reply to a person's thread you may have visited. If i don't know something of the post or thread I just usually state that and just say I was stopping through to say hello... Quote:

| Thats understandable.. I guess me I just love to type so I mostly respond to any and every thread that I come across for viewing. Alot of these threads I have no clue on what to say to give them advice so I just state that and just say I was saying Hi... lol. Quote:

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I never reply to anyone....I just read. uh huh. Girl - this site is HUGE....it's very hard to reply to all the posts. I always try to respond to those who only have a few replies first...then work my way thru pictures...but even with as many posts I have...it's just not possible to hit all threads.... I used to feel if someone took the TIME to post a picture then I should take the time to reply to it ...but I gave up on that thinking....this site is just too big and fast moving for that....some will always get missed...it's not personal. |

| I usually reply to posts that I feel that I can actually contribute something to. I'm fairly new at having a yorkshire terrier and knowing what all it takes to care for one, but I don't feel that I have enough information or experience to help others. For now I'm just gathering information that I hope can help me in the future. I've learned so many things, like what to look for in picking a breeder and a puppy. I've learned about breeding and I hope in the future to try my hand at breeding (gotta' talk hubby into another dog first). I really appreciate those who do know and are experienced that reply to the posts. It really helps everyone to learn who looks at it.

| I really enjoy reading all of the posts and LOVE to look at all of the pix!!!! I do reply to a lot of threads, but some I have to skip. Maybe I feel that I can't contribute to a lot of the questions or there may be some better off not getting involved in. I still love it here.......I only get on during the evenings and on some weekends, so i miss a lot!!!!! I work over 40 hours a week, but I try to get on every chance I get! Joy |

| Yea that's one of the main reasons why I asked. I was just wondering being the newbie to the site and to a yorkie. I am still learning the site and that was just something that was going through my head. I meant nothing by it to the YT family. (like i was saying noone responds or anything) it was nothing in that way. Quote:
