| Monster High......? Ok so I thought I was done with dolls. I am not one of those girls that even liked Barbie that much (I was more My Little Pony) but anyways. Some how my BF came across this show "Monster High". Sure I'd seen the toys causally in the isles before but I'd never paid that close attention. Then I watched the show and it was surprisingly GOOD! I love the positive messages it sends and it was fun and funny and actually intelligent. Best of all I love the characters. So I may get flak for this but I have to admit after watching the show I was intrigued by the toys. I bought one main character....then it began. I watched more and more shows and saw more and more toys. They are so well made, the detail is amazing. I dunno I think it's fun. Anyone else wanna fess up? If you are like me and had no idea what this is just watch one episode Monster High Videos - Watch Monster Videos, Clips & Webisodes for Kids | Monster High (warning may lead to new hobbies)

| There's a FB group that swaps and finds items for each other. Not a member of it myself, but I know members of another group I'm in are in that group too.

| I love Monster High! My excuse is my 2 girls love it. So I buy them the dolls. I just went to my nieces birthday party that was in the Monster High theme. Here is a pic of her cake and cake pops.

| My 11 yo. is OBSESSED with these things. (I would think that she'd be at the age where she is "too old" for dolls, but apparently they are all the rage with the girls her age.) And she wants every one of them. I don't just mean she wants each character. Noooo. She wants Cleo de Nile in school wear, Cleo de Nile in pajamas, Cleo de Nile in school spirit clothes... It IS a good show though, I have to agree with you on that. |

| Never watched the show, but it sounds/looks cool! Love the dolls, they DO have great detail. I think it's nice that something geared toward kids has dolls that are not all sexualized, like some out there. Have fun collecting!!!! Hey, they may even be worth big bucks some day

| @Ahis_mama- that cake is awesome! What a great idea. I wish there was a show like this when I was a kid, I always felt like an 'odd duck'. I'm just glad they are teaching girls to be accepting. High school can be rough. I love the whole "We Stop Hate" movement. I hope it catches on.
