| Are you annoyed like me??!! Hey guys, I know there's another venting thread on here, but I figured I would start a fresh one as I am really annoyed right now (and I posted another annoyance on there lol)! I went to go see my tax guy last night, as he can do my taxes from my last pay stub, and after I drive all the way across town with my moody husband and three kids (seven, four, and one year... and the four year old is EXTREMELY hyper!), he tells me that he can't do it off of the last pay stub anymore, he needs to wait to file until I bring him my W2. I'm completely fine with that, except for the fact that he could have told me that when I made the freakin' appointment two days before!!! There was absolutely no point for me to go down there! My kids were running wild for an entire hour... it was a nightmare! **inhaling deeply** Anyway, I feel a little better now that I have typed this out lol. So tell me, what has happened to you in the past few days that just has you going off the deep end?

| The entire tax thing is annoying, especially when you hear the nonsense it pays for.

| I totally agree! I've gone to church all my life and I've always wondered if God only asks for 10%, why does the goverment take 30%???? Lol I think I'm annoyed the most because I'm using part of my tax return to buy my first Yorkie, and now I have to wait another month or so (however long it takes to get the stupid return) to bring my baby home.

| Recently, my fam and I have been going to our old church for mass, the one we went to while I was growing up. Now, I love going to church but I am more than annoyed with this particular church. Ever since I can remember (4 ish I guess), this church has been collecting money to have the bathrooms re-done. I agree they really needed it because the old bathrooms were really disgusting. But here's the kicker, they have been collecting money to have them re-done for almost 20 years! They finally had them re-done recently and boy do they look good! You would think that in 20 years of collecting money they would have enough for the really nice bathrooms right? WRONG! They're in debt! Whoever is in charge of the money seems to be spending the bathroom money on other things than the bathroom. That I can remember they got a new sign and other stuff (can't remember it's been a while). It just annoys me that they would ask parishioners for donations to have the bathrooms re-done and then spend the money elsewhere. Now they are guilting the parishioners into helping the church pay off its debt.

| Ugh! Taxes. I have an adorable hubby who thinks shoving all his receipts in glove compartment of his jeep, or in a jug he drops his keys in is filing!! That is sooo fun to sort through *note the sarcasam* Sorting through those has realllllly been frustrating. Also, I had a student who went home told a string of lies about my classrrom procedures because he has made some low grades on his progress report and his parents were upset. We have met for hours on two occasions two days this week to straighten this mess up. All because some people think thier children do no wrong. Thank God I am in the habit of documentation. My mom sent me an email of herbal/organic things to do to increase your fertility. BIG DEAL I have been married for 8 years and have only fur kids!! Get Over it mom!!! **exhale** I feel better now Last edited by MaddiesMommie; 01-09-2010 at 05:46 PM. |

| My Co-worker locked the building keys inside the building. I had to go pick a lock at 9'o clock @ night, in single digit weather, and oh yea here's the kicker... I don't even know how to pick a lock... But I did it. What I learned don't trust ANYONE with the keys... it is TOO MUCH.

| I am still aggravated over Wed. It snowed and looked pretty bad outside. I was suppose to work from 4 pm - 8 pm. I called at 3 to ask if the call center was still open. The 2nd to the top dog sd yep. So I start work at 4 after sliding all over the road at one pt. I hear at 4:40 we are closing at 5. They let me go at 4:40 cause they know I am a chicken about driving in bad weather. So I got less than an hr of work. Then to top it off due to wrecks I did not get home till 8 pm. Thank the Lord, Hubby and dtr met me somewhere and hubby drove us all home. Road was very very icy.

| I have a huge problem right now with the Court system. Why would a Judge take two kids from their mother and given them to their father, who was twice convicted of child abuse and has a pending child endangerment DUI charge pending? This is happening right now with someone I am close to and I just don't get it! The mother has never been accused of anything or done anything wrong. She got custody of the two younger kids.

I can't be near her more than 60 seconds without her complaining or getting onto me about something, whether it be my husband (who she hates), or my son not having a water bottle in his lunch for school... I swear why do they dig for something to *itch at you about??? I'm 27, married, have three beautiful kids and my own home... but it's just NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I'm annoyed today too. I know we're not supposed to get political on here, and I'm certainly not intending to stir anything up, but I'm gonna vent! LOL. I apologize ahead of time for the length of it. So, my church has its opinions on gay marriage. I have my opinions on gay marriage. Lets say they clash a little bit, k? My Bishop knows darn WELL how I feel about this - I've talked with him about it for hours on end. So does every single person in my class because last time it was brought up I opened my mouth and said how I felt about it. My aunt is one of my leaders in my young womens' group in church, and we have the same opinion on this subject. Well we were sitting in class today and the Bishop was joining us and we were talking about things in today's society that go against the teachings, and of COURSE gay marriage was brought up - by none other than the Bishop AS he was looking right at me with one of those "this should be good" looks on his face!! This led to a 5 minute chorus of "Thank goodness NJ didn't legalize it!" "OOoh I have a story about that!" "Gay people are ruining marriage!" My aunt and I sat there for 5 minutes and listened to them toss this stuff around and didn't say anything (which is very unlike me. anyone who knows me knows that I tend to um...speak my mind haha). and they all kept glancing at my aunt and I while this was going on. Then it was over (finally), and the other leader went on to teach a (wonderful) lesson about NOT judging and how it's not our job to judge others. I was so irritated. I LOVE my church. Honest I do. I believe in it, I go every week, etc. But this one thing really grates on my nerves and I KNOW that my Bishop brought it up to see if he would get a reaction out of me. I really consider the people in my ward to be my church "family" but I feel so ostracized when that discussion comes up I don't understand why they can't just leave it alone. OR why they can't accept the fact that other people have different opinions. *sigh* Thank you for letting me get that out of my system. I hope I didn't offend anyone. This has been bothering me all day and I'm afraid that if I held it in for too long I would go off on someone.
