I accidentally posted this as a reply to the motherhood post. My bad.

So I just got a positive pregnancy test (yay!) My [COLOR=green ! important][COLOR=green ! important]doctors[/COLOR][/COLOR] appt is next week so I'm not sure yet, but We've got our fingers crossed. I'm just wondering how many had kids after owning a yorkie and how'd the transition go? Walker is 6 months and will be neutered in the near future, probably around 7 months. He's a good dog, but definately still a puppy. How do you avoid baby/dog issues and jealous etc.? I realize I still have a lot of time, but chances are my husband will be deployed/deploying around the birth so I'd like to be as prepared as possible. Any hints, tips or words of wisdom would be great!

Amelia was born after I'd had Gypsy for 14months. I had no trouble and even added another furbutt when Amelia was past 6months.

Gypsy and me--I'm hoping it'll be smooth, but you hear all those horror stories about dogs going crazy after a baby is brought home. Tis sad.
