| Snakes Does anyone else have a snake? I have a red tailed boa that I just love to death. She's about six feet long, and as mellow as can be. Don't worry I don't take her out unless the babies are locked out of the room.

| I don't have one, but I love snakes! Growing up my mom's friend had a white, maybe albino, python. We would visit a lot, and I would get to play with it. I remember how friendly and calm it was.

| I get little ring neck black snakes in my pool and I had a black racer in the yard but we don't let them in the house.

| I find it really calming to have her wrapped around my neck when I'm on here. Sometimes she almost puts me to sleep. For those of you that are afraid of snakes what are some of your fears?

| My 22 year old son who still lives at home wants a boa. I have to admit that I'm scared to death of snakes. My son has the whole down stairs for his living area and I never venture down there but the thought of a snake in my house gives me the heebie jeebies.

I don't hate them enough to have my husband kill them, I just don't want them coming into the screened area. I think it's the slithering that creeps me out. ETA- My daughter's bf has 3 snakes. She had dinner at his house last weekend for the first time and I did act completely fascinated in his snakes to give me an excuse to talk more with his mother.
