| sweet potato treats pls be very careful if anyone gives to their dog... this happened twice to lexi. last night one got stuck i think on the roof of her mouth and she ran to me and put her head down and was using her paw to try to get it out of her mouth.. of course i screamed... " lexi whats the matter" as if she was gonna answer me,, i jumped up so fast, put the lights on and dug my fingers in her mouth, of course she wouldnt open up.. but finally after a few tries, i was able to touch the roof of her mouth , but nothing was there so i swished my finger all around her mouth inside.. nothing... finally i see her chewing again thank god.. u can imagine what went through my mind... i bought them for her because they were very low in fat and heathly for her.. now i have to be xtra careful.. so everyone, please be very careful when giving your babies any kind of treats..dont go too far

Donating YT Addict | yeah Tyke got one stuck in the roof of his mouth one time. But i do like i always do when he's acting funny......look all in his mouth and feel with my fingers and pull out whatever he's got into.... i know when he sees the fingers coming he knows just give it up and open your mouth.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | We've used those too! Both those and the oval potato-shape ones. Very healthy little snacks. Apparently, you can make your own too...I wonder if anyone knows how? Just slice and bake or ? Hmmm...

| My MIL gave us a food dehydrator a long time ago. My husband made beef jerky in it a few times but I was pretty clueless about what to do with it and it was huge. We finally got rid of it a year ago. I bet it would have been perfect to make these. Of course I figure out a use for it now...
